I swear, I think I've gotten a dozen emails from Amazon ALONE.

Out of defiance, I am going to buy NOTHING today! Except for the delicious pork and kimchee stew that I *did* have for lunch and which has made me feel so much better already! MIRACLE CURE. (I can BREATHE again! And I feel alert!)
