Ohh, I'll check out the Lex/Clark series. And I ADORE Tissue of Silver, it's what started me on the whole H/D fic - damn those circe and violetsmiles who rec'ed it so strongly it broke down my fandom barrier!!

I can't for the life of me think what it was which got me into HP fandom, but I know I saw recs all over the place for ToS but at the time she was rewriting/editting it, so it's only in the last 6 months that I've read it. I'm eagerly awaiting the Snape/Bill story too, I love the snark in her characters.

Snape/Bill!!!! I did not know. Ohh, now I squee. SQUEE!! See, I'm super new and don't even have the HP fandom friended - and only like two people from the Smallville fandom soooo...I have everything sorta filtered through people. I mean, I have obsessed people, but they're people who have become obssessed fairly recently, not people that have been in the fandom forever and have WRITTEN all the long, plotty sorta things I love.

Ah! If you've read ToS have you read the sequels? When Harry and Draco start dating, and then later at Hermione's engagement party? The party is the set up for the Snape/Bill.

I tend to friend based on fics, either through other LJ people, or through sites which also link to LJs. I wander round and suddenly go '[livejournal.com profile] zortified! OMG you're JamesWalkswithwind! Friend friend friend *right now*' only in non-Buffy fandoms! (due South for some reason is the fandom I most go 'OMG I read your fic ages ago no-one told me you had a LJ with more fic on it!') Basically I'm just a crazed slash slut!

If you want *links* I updated my page today. There are no recs or anything so you have to take the good with the bad, but there's a sh*tload of links!

Wee! I did read the sequel and the engagement and hee, I am thrilled if it's that world Snape/Bill, that's sooo awesome.

See, and I am at that point where my flist is at capacity and yet I don't wanna defriend anybody so I am just...avoiding looking around too much in order to prevent my mind from exploding. ALthough hee, I've done that - friended somebody because I liked their posts and then made the connection to fics I liked ages later.

Wee! I'll totally check out your links page! Even as I tremble in fear for good with the bad *snicker* Thanks!
