My day started with me doing battle with my garage door.
( facepalm facepalm facepalm )
Suburbia is a perilous place. The fight between me and my house never ends. BUT I WILL BE VICTORIOUS!!
And it's a short work week, which makes me feel stronger, even though it is messing me up because WHAT day of the week is it?! I will never get this figured out.
Also, it's Man Booker Prize Shortlist day! They'll announce it better. I'm still bitter I was unable to fully do my read because of those books getting lost (and still not found, I need to email again) - but I did get about half of the longlist read. Hopefully I'll be able to get some of the rest read before the actual WINNER in a few more weeks!
