Well, technically I'm back at work, so this will be quick.

But I had the best time - there was so much relaxing and reading and seeing mountains and eating amazing food and meeting ruthless1 and even getting to see her play music and seeing kita0610 again (even if she was SICK again! Apparently I'm bad karma) and dodging deer and elk and big-horned sheep - I can not even describe it. Lets just sum it up with amazing and awesome. I need to go back when it is warm and there is no snow on the ground!

Although the sun there is just HOT! They don't make the sun that hot here. It's kinda weird.

And then when I got home, BFF and nephbo had invaded my house with shenigans! They set my table all fancy (with a centerpiece of garlic and ginger) and pretty yellow cloth napkins that I am pretty sure I did not own - and BFF had brought a mat for by the sink that I had *definitely* not owned (it had a wine and wine grape motif!) and BFF and nephbo decorated my pantry chalk door with a welcome home message, including the most adorable shakey pink heart from nepbho. AND BFF scrubbed my bath tub and my sink.

Totally beyond the call of duty! The call of duty was 'feed the cat'. WHO stuck to me like glue when I got home, I could barely move all night with a cat plastered against my legs. I felt very guilty leaving him this morning.

Weird to be back at work - major adjustment. Today I need to catch up on a thousand and one emails and maybe approach some actual work and tonight I am bringing wine over to have movies and snacks with exswmbosses galore. CRAZY.

It's good to be home, though. SO good to be home. I'll have more sane ramblings (theoretically) in the near future!

PS. I only had two travel disasters, one imaginary and one just a delay! It's like a RECORD!
