That's right. A pit of eternal fire and flaming agony. Or at least two days of fire and agony. Also known as the Air Conditioning going out on Saturday on what is the hottest weekend of the year so far. Heat index of 112, kids. Real temperatures in the high 90s. Humidity at a level of wtf.

Then they came out on Sun day and fixed the AC. YAY! William the AC guy is my new best friend. And he said I did everything right with turning the unit off, or it could have damaged the outdoor bit as well as the indoor fan. And then he fixed it. Then he charged me an arm, a leg and half of a spleen. But it was worth it for the sweet, sweet cool air.
Also!
I read a lot because it was too hot to do anything else. Just so you know, sitting in your living room with a glass of ice water in 90 degree weather is NOTHING like sitting on the beach in 90 degree weather with a margarita. No matter HOW hard you try to pretend.

ANYWAY! That's my life in short! Also, I am drowning in work and 2 out of 6 of my coworkers gave their notice in the space of a week and this is going to HURT. Worse than the broken ac!!
