Actually, the coffee situation at the office has become insane. We're not just talking about the inadequate supply, the fact that it brews at roughly three times as long as a normal coffee pot or the morning lines.
No. We're talking about the fact that LURKING in my office are PEOPLE who believe that FOLGERS is an acceptable coffee to brew. That is why the coffee was so bad late last week I literally couldn't finish it and I couldn't figure out why. Then I did some coffee investigation. Turns out that there is both the local-coffee-roaster-supplied-office-coffee and these giant plastic canisters of Folgers. And while the local roast is not amazing, it's drinkable. But there are people in this office - evil, vile people who should be ELIMINATED BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY - who think it acceptable to willynilly use the Folgers and not *label* it so that unsuspecting swmbos pour cups of coffee and then have fits.
So now I can't trust anything. Not that I ever did trust anything, but now I can't trust coffee. So I have brought one of my own little brew cup thingies and coffee from home and I'm hunkering down and refusing to be fooled again. I've got your number, LuthorCorp, and I'm *watching* you.
Speaking of which, LuthorCorp Thought for the Day: "Living from your heart means that you choose a life and a lifestyle that are true for you and your family"
LAME, LuthorCorp, Lame. The lifestyle that's true for me and my swmkit is one of idle luxury and limitless reading and lots of gadgets. I can't seem to manage it. I guess that the price you pay for being heartless :( Discrimination against the cold and cruel! *shakes fist*
