Is everybody awake yet?

Good, that makes one of us and it's not me.

MAN! Coffee, please, come to me, I summon you with the power of my MIND.

*waits*

Clearly I need a stronger mind. I did have fantastic coffee at home but that was then and this is now. I need to get my travel mug back from the BFF, so I can bring coffee from work. Or, you know, so that I can make coffee, fill the mug and leave it standing on the kitchen counter when I leave for work.

Yesterday I watched a few episodes of The Office.
More Squee than Spoilers, but eps 9-11 of The Office )

In saddest of sad news, swmboss 2.0 is planning on leaving me! Well, leaving LuthorCorp. *bursts into tears* People should not leave unless I do not like them! How is this a hard rule?! I am very sad, I love swmboss 2.0. I still have swmboss and a whole range of coworkers, but it's not the same at all.

I have been really, really slacking on reading lately (Well, I did start Strong Poison last night!) but since all last week straight I was playing DDO every night (except Friday), it's thrown me off. I have a book due Saturday to the library that has a hold on it so I can't extend it - and I haven't even started it! It's Julian Barnes's Arthur and George. So, if anybody out there has an idea of - is it a book that reads fast or slow? Because if it's a slow read, I don't want to start it and have to give it back halfway. OR to rush through it. But if it's a fast read, than I am ok. Please help a swmbo out!!

(I have work coffee now. There are worse things. Such as NO coffee. Plus it sort of means my super powers work.)

Happy Tuesday, kids! I will be continuing my riveting series on upcoming pilots, if only because it torments [livejournal.com profile] annakovsky and amuses me. Two great things that go great together!

This time last year I was walking around New York City with [livejournal.com profile] kita0610 and [livejournal.com profile] ros_fod. *wistful*

I squish and hug you all.

In my further attempts to make Kovsky despair of me, I continue with commentary series about upcoming pilots. Now it has bonus appeal! Plus, I'm very excited at the thought of comparing this with what gets on the air and.. *hop*

ALthough in related news, according to tvsquad ABC is considering a shift of either Desperate Housewives or Grey's Anatomy from their Sunday night line up (moving whichever to another date) so that they can put in one of the three worst sounding shows of their possible line-up - Brothers and Sisters, Men in Trees or Women in Law (According to tvsquad - I'm guessing that's the same show thefutoncritic calls Sisters in Law. I call it LOATHESOME). Anyway, if they are going to put any of those shows on Sunday, I swear, I hope they stick it with Desperate Housewives, because bad shows should stick together so I don't have to watch. As long as Grey's gets put at a timeslot that doesn't conflict with anything else that I'm watching, although really, in 9/10 battles, Grey's would win. Ahem.

Anyway, that's enough about THAT! Now on to installment #2: CBS-style!

Next Year in TV: CBS style )

La di dah, la di deee. Hey, at least this series only has another three installments!
