This weekend I got to meetwritteninstars and it was simply lovely - we ate and talked lots and lots and lots and drank bad coffee and talked even MORE and she is delightful and I am so very glad she managed to get to KC and managed to get away from work for an evening! I squish you, too!
Also, I got this absolutely wonderful care package fromcrimsonlady, thank you SO MUCH, sweetie! It had coffee and chocolate covered coffee beans and I Love Pirates pin and lots of Happy Bunny stuff and a wooden fish that will be hard to kill and just - it was SO CUTE and I love every bit of it, thank you thank you thank you!

I have been really, really good about not buying myself stuff for a long time and now I really want my microphone and I need new ipod earbuds. And I was all set to buy them today and went to buy.com but the microphone doesn't qualify for free shipping alone and the ear buds apparently don't at ALL which is a crock, man, A CROCK and makes me very SULKY. *SULKS* Plus I am drinking TEA because my throat is scratchy (I do not believe this is a cold, I believe this is allergies related to the fact that my neighbors were good and mowed their lawns). I am currently despairing and determined to triumph. And/or take a nap.
