LuthorCorp's Daily Tip for World Domination: The first step to victory is to position your idea so that your victory is everyone's victory.

Morning, kittens!! How was your weekend?

Mine was a little bit of everything. I don't even remember Friday night, it was a really long time ago. But on Saturday I lounged around all day and read lots and lots and took a hot bath and watched a little tv and then went out for dinner and then drinks with friends. Including the most recent addition to my flist, [livejournal.com profile] mizsassypants who I have known as one of my dearest friends for fourteen years and yet only found out on Saturday has an LJ. World, you are a wacky, wacky place.

AND I managed to spill my "coco-rita" - the bastard hybrid child of a fruity rum drink and a margarita, but it was very good - all over me. *facepalm* Way to go, swmbo, when will you learn that gesturing is bad?

Then I spent Sunday staying in bed as late as I could, reading and reading and drinking coffee and tormenting swmkit. I can't help it, sometimes he curls up, all tiny paws and fluffy fur and I *have* to torment him. Oh, and I played Dungeons & Dragons Online late Sunday night, and far later than I should. Next up: I reall want a microphone for my computer so I can talk on it.

And this morning I had a Perfect Cup of Coffee. It was soo good I nearly cried, every sip was perfection and now I'm at work with an Inferior Cup of Coffee and I want to cry again, for completely different reasons. AND I have a ruby red grapefruit, which I am slowly eating and getting all sticky with the juices and soon I'll be glued to my keyboard.

I watched Grey's Anatomy this morning as well and:
grey's anatomy babble )

And I could ramble on and on for a while but I have 3/4 of a grapefruit to eat and some actual work to get done and apparently some ideas to position so that you guys are convinced it's your idea to set me up for world dictator.

*squishes and hugs* Have a gorgeous day, darlings! It's nasty here - sleet and freezing rain and the chance for up to 6 inches of snow although we probably won't get any and I am drinking horrible coffee in an attempt to stay warm. BUT I did sign up to be a judge in the pie-tasting contest, so overall I call that a win.
Mood:: 'dorky' dorky
