Hello, darlingest of darlings!! HAPPY FEBRUARY!!

I am a happy person because today I have only ONE meeting, just one and the rest of the day is (so far) meeting free. Oh, how glorious, how glorious is a day when I can actually be accomplished!

Although, just as a warning, there'll be another post later today that will be cut-tagged, but it's a permanent post for my records, of the books so far in 2006. It'll get updated each month instead of me making additional posts, because I like things all in one place.

I might even TAG it. Oh yes.

To those who use PDAs or magic phones or just like to know stuff )

Since the Great Computer Crash of 2005, I've been horrible at wishing people's birthdays. So to everybody I missed in January - I'm sorry! I fail! Next year I'll make it up to you!

A second cut-tag, BACK by popular demand! )

So, what's up with you guys? Just think, there will come a time soon (Maybe this weekend!) when I will have a computer again and I'll be able to talk with you guys properly, oh joy oh joy.

So, this is the thing. In addition to the [livejournal.com profile] 50bookchallenge community, I'm creating this post as a way to keep track of what I've read for 2006.

I may or may not add additional information such as audible books listened to on the road or whatnot, but for now we're sticking to books read.

This way I can keep track on one single post instead of mucking about with memories or memory and also because I really like multiple copies of the same list in different formats, it always makes me happy.

So! Now I give you:
Books, books, BOOKS! )

On the next update - February - look forward to mixing some nonfiction in with the bunch, since my greatest shame for January was that that category was completely neglected. At this moment, that's not seeming so hard - on my list of books to buy, the ones I want to put into a shopping cart are all nonfiction! And I have two at home that I'll probably start when I finish my current. We'll see if the urge continues!

PS. The fact that I have no book icon has never been more tragic.
