AND another day begins!

I took BFF into work today, which means I got in to work extraordinarily early. And yet, am I ahead of schedule? No, no I am not.

The fanfic-for-money kerfuffle may have to go down in history as the shortest kerfuffle EVER. Possibly because it wasn't even a kerfuffle, since that would imply more activity in the trenches.

Also, I got my WriterCon cds in the mail on Tuesday (yay!) and remembered to bring them in to work today (yay!) and plan to listen to them while slaving away. I'm excited about it on multiple fronts, including the fact that I didn't attend nearly as many panels as I would have liked, due to conflicts and timing and the joy of exploring a city and watching Fod raking it in at the tables. So it will be great to experience some for the first time and relive others. ANd of course there's the Jane interview, which I will be able to listen to and figure out exactly how much my memory screwed up when I tried to recall it for my flist after the fact! This makes me happy.

So does my coffee. *pats coffee*

SO does the fact that bear made me this fabulous icon, since she understands that I am needy and egocentric and really like things that are about me. YAY, BEAR! I LUFFS YOU!
