Hi! Since I have been 98.4% gone from LJ this weekend, this is what I've been up to. Now in new, easily skimmable list format!

Also, it rained a lot - there was all sorts of flooding in the city and stuff. But only at night, which means my not mowing and clipping isn't actually excused, like I hoped it would be. The ONLY person I saw all weekend in actual person was BFF's husband, who stopped over briefly. ANd I talked to my mom on the phone on Saturday (her Trading Spaces phonecall was Sunday). And now I just finished a biscuit from our deli (mmm, i love homemade biscuits) and am eating peach yogurt. And wishing I'd had the discipline to break away and go to the store for coffee.

We have a new (third) minion intern at work that started today. Strangely, two-thirds of the interns are named Lindsey. Or Lindsay. Or some spelling of. I sense this is gonna be a very confusing summer!

I am gonna be working like crazy today. I had an unexpected priority assignment fall into my lap at 8:38 this morning. The worst thing about this? I had totally been thinking on my way into work that I could probably go home over lunch and play for 30 minutes. Hee. *facepalm*

This, btw, is new game euphoria. The obsession will fade to a slightly more managable level fairly soon (and in particular logging on before work will fade because that's only really possible on newbie characters). Hopefully you guys will bear with me in the meantime!
