flufshepherd wrote a drabble of the best pairing EVER for the slashthedrabble community Thanks to soft_princess for seeing it, thinking of me and pointing it out! It warms my heart that this pairing makes people think swmbo and that also there are new converts to the cause *cough* It totally made my evening.
Which NEEDED to be made because *cough*
the bad: SOME PEOPLE are very evil and make icons that are NOT good icons but instead freaky, scary bad icons and then torment me with them!! This is NOT acceptable! So much so that I might have cried myself to sleep last night except for...
the ugly: which is that last night I had the worst earache - the kind caused by congestion, which was weird because other than that I felt fine. But I'm still pretty sure that it was congestion and not infection or anything because it was all about the pressure sort of pain. And it was so bad that at 8:30 last night I changed back OUT of my pajamas and into regular clothes (yes, pajamas at 8:30! I LIKE THEM!) to go to Walgreens because I was in near tears from the pain. And bought Tavist, which totally might be my new cold drug of choice because it seems to be clearing me up and NOT giving me drug hangovers during or after. And ear drops. Also, Tazo Tea to swallow down the pills. And a seat cushion, for my chair. This was not, obviously, earache related but instead behind related, as my chair needs more padding on the seat. And the cushion was cheap. But god, the pain last night was intense and I didn't even end up waiting for the meds to finish trying to kick in before saying 'that's it, I'm gonna go to bed where I can hopefully sleep and not agonize'. That was about 9:30ish? Something like that. Anyway, I thank Kovsky for texting me during my eventful journey to walmart and laying on the couch with ear drops in my ears, because her kisses apparently are magical mystery cures. And I *hug* Ash and Iz for putting up with me disappearing on them multiple times last night.
So anyway, that's the great swmbo story of the evening. Today plans to be very exciting in that I will watch the Last Episode of Freaks and Geeks EVER and I'm very sad about it :( And maybe go to the store later, but that's as yet to be determined. Boy howdy, do I lead an exciting life or what? On the other hand, WEEKEND! Total freedom to do absolutely nothing! It is a paradise, a paradise! I didn't even bring any work home, wooot!
Love to you all and I am hoping you have an awesome weekend. I also, selfishly, hope that my earache doesn't come back, although I've also took more Tavist to keep working on that congestion. *crosses fingers and toes*
