I am totally and completely talkative today, which is quite possibly a bad thing, considering how much actual work for work I have to do. But sometimes that's just the way things go!

After a pretty rough day yesterday that, to add insult to injury, included both my getting soaked by icy rain, having my review postponed until next week, and finally hearing back after over a week about the additions to a project that's due in two days...

Things got a lot better after I got home. First of all, the TiVo remote that I've been needing for months finally arrived - at first I didn't need-need it, because it was summer and I had tv watching to the minimum. Then I did need it but when I ordered it, they instead applied my payment to my account and neglected to actually order the remote. It was INSANE how hard that it was to get a simple replacement *sulks*

But now I have it and hurrah, I can actually use my TiVo as intended again. Which is good because...

( I talk about TV - a lot. Mention of many shows, spoilers really only for 'life as we know it' and those both light and for the first three eps only )

So that's that. I had excellent coffee this morning, have FAR too much work to do today, am starving already, want to catch up on Angel - No Limits so I can read the episode my Fod wrote, still loathe ABC for their 'one minute' policy and that pretty much sums up a lot. mostly right now I'm hungry. SO HUNGRY. And I overslept again this morning, but I still at least managed to get moving somewhat :)

Oh and right now the Elantra is winning the mental car wars. Although I do keep going back and forth on things for a while. Oh yeah - new office gripe - the parking for the new building is the worst EVER. You basically have to walk around the entire office in order to get to the front door and up a steep hill and I am already worried about Ice. Arrie? I neeed you! Hee.
