Hee, ok, I didn't get much sleep last night - and yes, when I did close my eyes? I dreamt Babylon 5 stuff. Unfortunately for me, it wasn't particularly interesting. Apparently I was a security guard. Which could be cool because, you know, I was under Garibaldi's command *squee* Except, of course, for the fact that I never SAW him and got given my orders to guard a door through somebody else. And that was the bulk of the dream, me, guarding a door. And I think I saw Ivanova for HALF a second, going down the hall *facepalm* Oh yes, swm dreams are the most excellent.

Oh and another part where I dreamt I was going through some caves filled with water, specifically some from Everquest, which I haven't even PLAYED in years. *facepalms*


Today work gave out cookies to all father's. Those of us who are NOT father's did not get cookies. And see, some of us don't get anything! Coworker D and I bonded over the matter, since he has no kids yet. He objected that one person received cookies even though they're not a father yet, the baby is still on the way. We decided that that guy shouldn't have received a cookie but instead cookie dough. And coworker D should have received eggs, flour, butter and sugar, since he doesn't plan to have kids for a couple of years but does want them.

And those of us who will probably never have kids deserve a special day, too! As soon as we can come up with a catchy name.

One last thing, and I've debated even mentioning this, but since suddenly kerfuffle talk is mentioned on my flist, and a lot of people seem confused about what happened, I thought I would bring it up. I stand behind everything I've said, including in posts in other LJs that are no longer available for public view. If anybody has any questions or concerns about anything I've said, and feels more comfortable discussing it in my LJ, please feel free. I've seen my words taken out of context and misunderstood in a couple of places, and I completely understand how confusing things can be when you see things second and third hand. I'm happy to discuss, clarify or debate any of my own opinions, and none of them are set in stone - I do believe in re-evaluating things based on new information, explaining,or apologizing if circumstances require it. And I won't be upset by any questions or disagreements with my opinions, because everybody has a right to their own.

And if people don't care? That's excellent as well!
