omg cricket!!

Yeah, they're back with a vengeance. I can't see him but I can hear him. And I think he has a megaphone because he is LOUD. Until I go to look for him, at which point he immediately drops down.

He was loud last night when I tried to sleep and he is even louder RIGHT NOW as I'm typing this *flails*

Also I've found three dead crickets as well. Apparently they're on suicide runs. *sob*

I'm out of Babylon 5 dvds until Wednesday or Thursday, eep! Although I have to say, I'm rewatched episode 5 while doing my morning routine, including writing this. I'll probably try to incorporate it that every morning once I get the next set, since it's the best time to watch without distractions. And when I'm good I'll actually exercise while doing it. Because of me being lazy and all that :p

Work is going to be really busy. Because the result of one of my meetings on Friday was that our department has an emergency project and I'm gonna be semi-taking off my regular one to help out with the new one. To the point where my boss said "so nobody talk to swmbo for a week". Hah! I am a pariah ! But please, like that will happen. I am a charming conversationalist. *cough*

I might have more to say but really all I can think is "CRCIKET!" and cry. *sighs* Still! It's actually really pretty out today - and hopefully will continue to stay nice, although we've got the thunderstorm threat looming for afternoon and evening. I hope everybody has a fantastic, cricket-free day! Oh! And I updated my user info to reflect a more accurate me. If anybody has suggestions on anything I left out, feel free to let me know.

Also, right before I left I ran the top commentors thing because that looked interesting! I did the top 20....and hmm...Very neat indeed. Some of the results were a surprise - some very much not :)

I am the most commenty person in arundhathi, glossing, flowery_twat and ros_fod's journal, for sure. I don't know my gloss stats, but I do know that I have over 500 comments in Arrie's LJ, 400 comments exactly (at this moment) in Twat's and over 300 comments in the Fod's LJ, where I totally blow everybody else out of the water.

I can't help the fact I am a total slave to comments, I really can't! There's a reason why Kovsky and Twat dubbed me the Zaphod Beeblebrox of LJ. Thank god for my phone, that allows me to keep up my habits no matter WHERE I am !

Also, Kovsky, I needs you to do this meme. Because while I don't think I'm the MOST commenty person in your LJ, I think I'm pretty high up there. And right now I have over 1000 comments just with the rest of the gang and I neeeds to know more. MORE MORE MORE.

I am both scared and also strangely fascinated/dying to know if I've commented a lot in other people's LJs. Because I honestly didn't think I commented as much in some people's as I apparently do *blush* *facepalms*
