Ok, a few people have heard this story because it caused me such great panic that it got mentioned in the email that had NOTHING to do with it. Well except that it was all about me and THIS is really ALL about me, right?

SO!

I AM OUT OF COFFEE!!!!

Well, not me, personally. Because I have coffee at home. Glorious beans, just waiting to be ground up and combined with water for that most perfect of beverages...*eyes glaze over*

BUT! I walk into the breakroom at work, planning to drink the awfulbutstillcoffee that they have there. And there's a yellow sticky on the half-full coffee pot which reads DECAF. And I shudder, and continue on, because there are two pots.

The second pot is empty. No big deal. I'll just make some more.

There are no grounds. We are OUT OF COFFEE GROUNDS! At 9AM!

OMG. omg omg omg omg omg

*flails*

I should have something else to talk about. I could. I had other thoughts before, about ficathons and work and the fact that it's Thursday and I still haven't gotten the letter my mom sent which means somehow she'll probably tell me I'm grounded and the fact I want to see Harry Potter at the midnight showing tonight but then there's no way I'd be human tomorrow so I'll end up waiting until the weekend and....

None of that matters.

Because there Is.No.Coffee
