Sitting in the airport lounge of NY now *waves to NY* Hi all!

Last night was exhausting but Twatakovsky and Loraineee rescued me and took me home. So the bonus was I totally got more hugs and kisses, which made the whole thing worth it! And Kovsky sat on my lap, so that I could practice for the next time I would see fitofpique! Also, Circe? Best Pirate Queen *ever*...I am so pleased as punch to be First Mate of the Saucy Wench an would follow her anywhere!

And I talked to work and am not gonna go in for the few hours after I arrive in KC which means I should (*cuddles her car...don't misbehave) actually get 'home' earlier than I would have without cancellation! Since last night I would have just collapsed, drug myself into work and had a full day before really being home!

Ohthankgod.

Am home. Am dead. Am HOME! I turned the AC on (even though it's not THAT hot out but the exhaustion makes me feel hotter) and changed into pajamas and said "hah world, hah!". And now I am home, home in my own comfy chair, with a proper sized keyboard instead of pecking away at my phone. Which rocks but is no substitute! And I am letting my bones dissolve. I-didn't-quite-sleep for about 30 minutes on the plane - and only had about 4 hours at Kovsky's. Totally my fault since how could I go to bed when there were such awesome people to talk with!? Even knowing I had to get up before 6am (although I actually woke up at 5:22, which was early even for this) wasn't enough incentive to go to sleep.

I can't praise people enough. Seriously, people should read annakovsky's description as being awesome and so true, hee! I will try to tell bits and pieces when the brain works again, and I know, I keep saying that - but I keep waiting for the brain to work.

Also, wee! It's HARD to do tags on my phone so now I can finally do what I've SO been waiting to do for days - and that's wish janedavitt and loraineee79 VERY, VERY HAPPY (belated) BIRTHDAYS! I know, Loraineeeeee actually got a real hug, but that's not good enough. And Jane, so so so so sorry I missed it, I thought of you ALL day, I swear. I waved to you when I hit Canada! If you blinked you might have missed me though!

The girls rock so hard, all of them. I had one of the best weekends I've had in oh so long, and that's totally including the cancelled flight. Cause it was all totally worth it in the end, at least from my perspective! I seriously wish I lived in the same city with every single one of you, just so I could see you more often. That or that I could get my darn teleportation powers to work - no matter what I do, I still end up in the same place. I'm thinking of writing a letter.
