Two good things:
1. The basement? Did not flood during the torrential downpour we had yesterday. Wee! 2. Very hot biscuits with butter and honey...mmmm...
3. And coffee. Ok, that's a third good thing but I'm putting it in anyway. It's actually kind of a default good thing for me, but you know - there's never enough coffee praise!
Anyway, I hope that everybody is having a gorgeous and lovely day. Mine has started out well and I hope it will continue to be that way. And that everybody else's day is fantastic as well!
Also, my neighbors were having a garage sale this morning. On trash day! SO MUCH CONFUSION! Plus we are on a tiny cul-de-sac with absolutely NO streetside parking spaces. Hee! And I wonder what made Wednesday official garage sale day? It seems so random - wouldn't weekends make more sense? Oh, I know that sometimes people do have them on weekends - but official garage sale day (at least around here) is ALWAYS on Wednesday. Tuesday's and Wednesday's you can drive through a small neighborhood and see three and four and five signs advertising different Wednesday garage sales. And I know, middle of the week, but still! It doesn't make sense. Cause if you ARE working, it's still awkward and if you aren't, why does the middle of the week matter?
*massive hugs to all*
