And yes, I DID miss an semi-important phone call, I knew I would. I mean, not life or death important but one I would have wanted to grab *sulk* That's because the phone didn't work. If the phone had worked? Nobody would have called me.
Really that's about it - except that it's gorgeous out - just under 60 degrees, breeze but NOT with howling wind, sunny and clear skies. I'm sitting at my computer with the french doors behind me open and a breeze blowing in, listening to 80s music, typing away for the hour and a half before I have to run over to my friends for a while. It's just lovely and peaceful and happy and...I have a phone!
And now that I have it? I have no desire to speak on it. That wasn't the point. The point is it should work! Remind me Monday to call and yell and get them to give me a credit for my downtime. Or you know, try being sweetly reasonable. Strongly worded letter. Something.
