Ok, just a not-very-interesting update from the land of swmbo - I saw Whale Rider last night - many, many thanks to wisteria_ for thinking to let me know that it was going to be on.

I did make the chocolate cinnamon bread pudding - it was a close battle but it narrowly edged its way into victory. And it is the - healthiest, relatively speaking, of the desserts, so yay!

The Anniversary Edition of the Flash Ficathon has been announced and people are singing up, yay! And the pairings are lovely and diverse and it gives me lots of little squees of "ohh, I'd be really happy to write this, I'd set it..." over and over. Please, keep signing up! I promise not to be too obnoxious about reminders, although I'll probably do one once a week or so. Or, you know, try to be casual and drop it into a regular post.

Also, NOT that it's anything fancy and it's under construction and there's nothing much there but - I have a website, yay! Hee, made by me so that's why the layout is about as simple as it could possibly be. And there is no "Links" Page on my Links page...because I can't decide yet what KIND of links will be there. But it's at www.swmbo.org- many, many thanks to my darling ficbitch82 for making the Connor picture. And you KNOW that it's something when ros_fod looks at it and says "Dude. That's a LOT of Connor." Hee!

Speaking of ros_fod, she was looking for amusement earlier and commanded me to entertain her, giving me far too much free rein and saying I could even write Snyder. So I did. But her response was even BETTER than mine and I adore it and think she should write more Snyder. He is so neglected!And lastly, arundhathi has lost her brain. I asked her if her Season 4 (jealousjealousjealousjealous) DVDs had arrived yet and she said "Oh. Forgot to check!". Something is clearly wrong there. The answer, btw, is no - they have not. We suspect the postman.
