Blah. Fever. Cough. Burning eyes. Sniffles. Sore chest. Combine these things and what do you have? A miserable, grumpy, petulant swmbo! I went to bed early last night and couldn't even figure out why I felt the need. Early, early for me. Slept a lot, woke up this morning and didn't feel that bad. Took a nice hot bath. Felt relaxed. Have felt progressively worse for the last couple of hours, to the point where it hurts my lungs to breathe. *sigh* I HATE being sick. I get all whiny and bratty.

But it's okie, because I have the makings for tea with honey and lemon. So I shall make that. And I do have cold medicine and the makings for gluwein and will recover, eventually. I blame the vile weather.

But the most annoying thing? I was soo looking forward to pizza tonight and instead I will stay home and have soup. But! Good, homemade soup, not canned soup. So there, cold! Take that! And see my nifty new icon? wisteria_ made it for me! And THAT is what I'm going to do to my cold, teach it who is boss.

Oh my god. And as an update right before I post that...I saw the Quizno commercial with those....mutants for the first time. JUST now. It is so not right. I have no words *sobs* And now I'm singing "We love you subs...." in that weird voice (even weirder with the hoarseness from the cold) and oh god, it's going through my head and their creepy eyes and there's one that's a pirate! *panics*
