That's what my local news is now calling the weather outside. That's code for "we're tired of being wrong all of the time when we say it's going to be an ice storm or a snow storm or whatever, so we're going to use made up phrases". Yay! The nasty weather outside has gone through several names. My favorite was when they thought it would hit late afternoon Sunday - they were calling it the SuperStorm. SuperBowl, SuperStorm, yes, we get it, you're very clever.

And on that note, I'm quite excited about all of the ficathon entries for both the Oz Ficathon and the Giles Ficathon. Even though I didn't enter either, it'll be lovely to be reading them on this blustery (wee, blustery) winter weather blast day since I have absolutely NO plans to watch the SuperBowl.

Weirdest thing ever.

My storm that didn't materialize? And those who have followed along will note that I have said every time that I won't get a flake....

*cough*They just had a mini-press conference on the local news. The main weathermen for the station sitting in a little half circle and apologizing for how completely off the forecast was.

I have to say, that's a complete first for me.

(Although we're still getting some freezing rain (eep, ICE!) and a little bit of sleet and snow)

I am so completely exhausted now. *looks tired*
