Seconded, on the ALias. Although, I have to confess, I'm thinking of giving it a third try, with DVDs through Netflix. Because of the additions to the writing staff in this upcoming season, because I'm now a total slave to the Jossverse writers. Except, I'm not good at picking things up midway and I'd need to sit through all the rest to do so. It's a TOUGH call. Still, for shows that I have only some interest in initially, it really helps a lot if I can overdose and do marathon sessions of the dvds.
Hee, and LotR in general - I was already a fan and went to the first two movies with friends and loved them. But I think the squeeing on the third added huge amounts of richness. Also, I know I wouldn't have bought the non-extended editions of the movies as well as the extended, without flist squeeing.
Wait. I'm not sure if I should be grateful for that. Hee!
