I tend to friend based on fics, either through other LJ people, or through sites which also link to LJs. I wander round and suddenly go 'zortified! OMG you're JamesWalkswithwind! Friend friend friend *right now*' only in non-Buffy fandoms! (due South for some reason is the fandom I most go 'OMG I read your fic ages ago no-one told me you had a LJ with more fic on it!') Basically I'm just a crazed slash slut!
